Why?

He's just another guy...she hears these words running through her head over and over again.He's just another guy, she continues to repeat to herself, hoping it will make her forget about everything. But deep inside her, she doesn't believe it. As much as she would want it, she is not convinced that these words are true, that these are really her feelings. She keeps asking herself the same question, the eternal 'why' . But does anyone in this world have the answer?
